TUESDAY classes are all about SALSA fundamentals. It's for absolute beginners and advance beginners who wants to learn new moves in a non-competitive environment. Our classes are very interactive and is limited to 20 people, so everyone gets personal and detailed instructions! Learn club-style Salsa from experienced teachers and performers, Cynthia La China & Hector Pena, who will reveal the secrets to NYon2 Salsa partner dancing in class...

SALSA Basic Beginner Partnerwork Level 1
Time 7:00 - 8:10pm
Dates: Jan. 4 - Feb. 23 (8 weeks)
Drop-in rate: $17 single class (payment in CASH only)
Value Beginner Package: $120 (includes a FREE timing & practice music CD)
Location: CHAMPIONS STUDIO - 257 W.39 Street (8 Ave), 14/floor, Room 26, NYC (buzz 012 for building entry)
>>> Description: This is a progressive beginner course which gives a foundation of movement for students who have little or no Salsa dance experience. The goal is to build a foundation for Salsa dance including principles of timing, basic foot work, partnering skills and variations of shines & turn patterns. New materials introduced weekly. No need to bring a partner, we rotate frequently to ensure even partnering. Just show up and be ready to dance with new friends!

Advance Beginner/Pre-Intermediate Partnerwork & Shines Level 2
Time: 8:15 - 9:30pm (TUESDAYS) - ongoing classes 

Drop-in rate: $17 single class. Discounted 8-week special: $120 (payment in CASH only)
Location: CHAMPIONS STUDIO - 257 W.39 Street (8 Ave), 14/floor, Room 26, NYC (buzz 012 for building entry)
>>> Description: This course covers beyond basics footwork, dynamic turn patterns and shines to upgrade your dancing. Open to students with 2 months of NYon2 Salsa basics & on1 dancers converting to on2. (NO RAW BEGINNERS).

>>> TUESDAY Nite SPECIAL: $30 for 2 classes (7-9:30pm)

There's no dress code, except to wear comfortable attire that you can move in. Wear any kind of smooth-bottom street shoes, as long as they are ankle-strapped to hold your feet in place. Open sandals, flip-flops, clogs or rubber-soled shoes are not recommended, since they restrict feet movements and are subjected to ankle and foot injury.
