10 more lbs should do it

From 235 to 205 in 2.5 months, going to drop to 200 then hit up the muscle building phase for about 10-15lbs.
My goal this year is to be at 215 8-10% BF by end of July. 3 miles in 18 min by June

(FROM A FRIEND IN NEED OF INFO) I am a female. I am looking for some type of shake that I can have after a cardio workout in the morning. I already have plenty of muscle. i don't want to gain more muscle. Can you recommend something?
